Refund and Cancellation Policy

Specific to Monthly SMM and Lead Generation Plans

As GlossMedia provides non-tangible, customized marketing and strategic consulting services, our refund policy is governed by the scope of work performed and the monthly contract terms.

All monthly service fees, which cover visual content creation, social media management, and ad strategy development, are payable in advance and are generally non-refundable once the service period has begun.

This is due to the immediate allocation of resources, including team labor for content production and strategic planning for your detailing center's campaigns.

Should a client choose to cancel a monthly package, cancellation requires a written notice 30 days prior to the start of the next billing cycle, as stipulated in the service agreement.

If cancellation occurs mid-cycle, the client will retain services until the end of the paid period, and no partial refund will be issued for the remainder of that month.

If a refund is requested before any work has commenced (i.e., prior to the strategy session or initial content production), a full refund may be considered, subject to a deduction for any administrative or platform setup fees already incurred.

Refunds are not granted based on the performance of the social media campaigns, as results (leads, engagement) are dependent on multiple external factors beyond our control, as detailed in our Disclaimer.

Any funds paid directly to third-party advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ad Spend) are managed by the platform itself and are not refundable by GlossMedia.

In the unlikely event that GlossMedia is unable to deliver the agreed-upon scope of work for a given month, a partial service credit or pro-rata refund for the unfulfilled portion may be issued, determined on a case-by-case basis.

For custom projects, such as one-time visual audits or landing page development, any retainers or upfront payments for services already delivered or substantially completed are not eligible for a refund.

To request a cancellation or discuss a possible refund under exceptional circumstances, the client must submit a formal written request via email to our dedicated support address.

All refund decisions made by GlossMedia are final and are processed within 14-30 business days upon approval.

We encourage all prospective clients to carefully review the terms of their chosen SMM plan and this policy prior to commitment to ensure clarity regarding billing and cancellation procedures.
